Brenda is highly unprofessional I don’t believe she is a manager as she told me when I asked for one. She threw my id on the counter then drug my items across the floor. So disrespectful not to forget her calling me out my name but I guess I shouldn’t expect much from Brenda since I can tell with her being older she enjoys trying to upset people. I’m really just feeling sorry for her as a person because you are this far in life and still haven’t learned how to grow as a person and be happy is truly sad. Some people NEVER learn the meaning of RESPECT and SELF GROWTH....

This @Cvs pharmacy employees or shall I say MANAGERS does absolutely nothing, spoke to her concerning medicine not covered by insurance. I was informed she would contact Dr and get one thats covered # NEVER HAPPENED, called ask could a new prescription from New Dr be delivered due to never receiving meds at pickup figure it would be easier NEVER LOL IT NEVER HAPPENED never mailed. However its a really nice African American male that was really nice but I've visited this location and had the whole staff have personal conversations while customers wait. Really lacks customer service, bad attitude in person on phone and again nothing is never done ✔ thanks for listening ud83dudc4d just wanted to save someone time if possible ud83dude07 don't expect any changes at all

This location is so unprofessional I uploaded pictures online to be printed off for a vision board party I was hosting. Upon picking them up the cashier told me that if it did it online that it doesn't work then laughed when I ask him why doesn't it tell you that before ordering the prints. Waste of my time and not professional by any means.

I’m always having troubles getting prescriptions on time here. I was told I would have my prescription that night and when I went the lady asked me to come back in the morning. When I received a text in the morning, I found that my prescription wouldn’t be done until 2 days later. I tried calling to see if I could get the prescription transferred and no answer!! I had to literally drive to a different location and wait another hour to get my prescription. I understand my prescription may not be urgent to them but for me it’s life or death for my unborn child. I would never recommend CVS to anybody. Very unsympathetic and unprofessional.
