Samurai Dragon Hibachi Grill Sushi & Ramen

If it was possible to give this place less than one star, I would. The waitress/hostess legit left us hanging several times. It started when we walked in the door. We were a party of 8 (5 adults and 3 children). The hostess came up, asked how many were eating, and then told us she needed to set the table for us. About 5 minutes later, someone came to get us, but he seemed confused with our party. We were seated, and I had to ask for menus. After we were given menus, no one came to get our drink orders for at least 10 minutes. Finally, we get drinks ordered and get drinks. We then waited and waited to order food. About 30 minutes later, the waitress, who was also the hostess who left us before, came to take our order. She said that she helped several smaller groups because it took less time to help them than us. After she took our order, the only chef on duty didn’t come for another 30 minutes. We don’t blame him as he was there alone and did a good job. After the chef left the table, the waitress came over with boxes. We asked for checks fully intending on giving a lower tip as she never came to check on anything during the dinner. A 20% gratuity was already add on. The waitress wouldn’t direct us to a manager.nnSo, overall, we were there just short of 2 hours, which is a lot for 3 kids 7 and under. We had no choice on tip, which we were told was because of our party size. We had two checks and were a split party. Additionally, we recommended this place based on experiences from what was obviously previous owners. We will not be coming back here.

We have dined at this restaurant many times and have always had a very good experience. However, tonight our waitress was one of the worst I've ever had. She was rude and seemed inconvenienced by us dining there. We ordered sushi and it came out when we were almost done with our hibachi and it was awful. It was soggy and had no flavor. We didn't even end up eating it. When it came to getting our check, we were charged a 20% gratuity automatically added to our bill. When we questioned her, she went and got a menu which read that they charge an automatic 20% gratuity for parties of 5 or more. We had 4 adults who ordered 4 meals and a toddler who didn't order. It's a shame that her knowing that she's going to add the gratuity allows for her to provide terrible service with no implications. We will never be returning.

such a great establishment with many fine employees! i came here with my fiancé and her family and the service was top notch, whatever you needed was done without hesitation. the food was also perfect and helped me and my future father in law bond over some perfect calamari fritters. 10/10!

First visit show was great and the food was terrific

Brought the in-laws from our of town here. 7 Of us had a great time. The appetizers were fast and on point, sushi was spectacular, and the main course hibachi and show wrapped everything up nicely.
