Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

They do not accept anything over a twenty dollar bill. If your total is 33.00 and you whip out a 50, good luck. You'd better have two twenties, a stack of ones, or a card. I shouldn't get so frustrated over this but it is extremely inconvenient.

The new General Tso chicken is awful! The sauce tasted brunt and made the chicken nasty. May have been the very soggy chicken too that added to the taste experience. I also received very soggy French fries with this order. Have not been impressed with the quality of food at this location. I’ll put them in the NOPE column.

As expensive as Zaxby's is, they shorted me on the white cheddar bites and fries. Smh. Yall can do better.

Website for this store shows that it is open until 10:00 PM. But they actually close at 9. Very rude in explaining they will not take your order once 9 pm hits. Does not matter how long you’ve been waiting before 9.
