The Manager Sean does not need to be at front counter. His approach to women is to speak to them as if they are just clueless and a child. I watched his interaction with the male customers COMPLETELY DIFFERENT! Didn’t question when they needed anything. Just did it.nI loved coming here before but NEVER giving this place my money again.

Called before 9am to confirm wait time, manager said wait was around an hour and half. I arrived at 9:06am. Didn't disclose that there was only one mechanic. I get there, he was on the phone, didn't acknowledged me (poor customer service) until I asked another customer if the place was actually open for business from the atmosphere, didn't appear so, doom, gloomy and no activity.nAnywho, as the morning went on, my car didn't get pulled in until after 12pm, at this time, a full day's work went down the drain. It's hard missing out on money these days! I would have appreciated thenManager being upfront from the beginning, allowing me the opportunity to seek elsewhere for prompter service.nAt the end of the day, this place has poor customer service, no TV, no coffee, music, or even the new tire smell.nI regret my decision for coming here, not a good experience at all.

Overall positive experience fast service, there wasn't an explanation of additional fees from quote but was only $3 difference. Other than that pain free vehicle service.

The cashier is extremely rude and should not be doing intake. From the moment I walked in the door he greeted me with an attitude. No matter how calm I stayed and tried to diffuse the situation he continued to disrespect me. If I had not already paid and scheduled this appointment I would have gone to NTB. I wanted to buy more items but I would rather go to Auto Zone than continue to be treated as such. Disgusting behavior in such a well established place will turn away customers every time. I PROMISE I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. I HOPE THIS PLACE SHUTS DOWN AFTER HOW I WAS TREATED.

This is the only place I trust with my car, since day one Shaun and Leo have been doing their thing!I came in for a sound my car was making recently and found out I needed multiple things done but the cost and time came out just fine. Even during the pandemic they are on top of whatever you need and actually break down what you need to know about any repairs or maintenance on your vehicle. Thanks y’all for everything.
