They were awesome! I wasn't even there 15 minutes, and the whole time, they were great with their speed, knowledge of my vehicle, and customer service skills. That 15 minutes felt like we had known each other for a lot longer. I found them randomly, but I will definitely keep going back for all my oil changes!

I got my oil changed and when they asked me to crank my car, my car started shaking violently. I thought it was apart of the service. However when I pulled off or attempted to, the shaking remained and my manual stalled out while in neutral. It had never done that before. I talked to the manager. They did not run any diagnostic or anything. He simply checked under the hood and said he didn't see anything that would cause this. Later on my drive home,nMY CAR STALLED ON THE DAMN HIGHWAY!!!!!!! Now my check/service enginee light is on!

There were a few people ahead of me in line. A cool dude named Damon came out opened another line, had me and the other cars distribute across empty the lanes, asked what I was there for and explained the packages (oh well I’m a lady not a mechanic), changed my oil, my filter, and checked my rear light because I changed it myself watching YouTube ud83dude29. Anyway, Great and very professional crew there. I’ll definitely return in about 3000 miles..

I came in for an oil change 11/16/20. They informed me that my battery was no good. I felt like they was trying to get me to by a battery. Just three days ago I washed my car with the music and door open for over an hour and no problem. I come to get my oil change and sat for about fifteen minutes with music on and now my car wouldn't start. I was pretty much accusing them that they did something to my car. The supervisor I'm thinking said they didn't do no such thing. So they offered me a jump and told me to not get stranded. I left and went to THREE different auto stores and had my battery, automator, and starter tested and ALL THREE WAS GOOD!!!!! So needless to say they were trying to get me to spend money for no reason. I can't speak for anyone, but myself! They need to do and be better as an group and organization. I want be going back there and I suggest people to think twice before going there to get any kind of service done to there vehicle.

Staff is friendly and service is good and fast , but I gave only three star because the oil price is very high. They don’t have a oil which will run for 10,000 miles. If I go to the company or dealer of car manufacturer their price is cheaper and they have a oil which run to 10,000 miles so what is the point to go on here.
