Michael Reyes helped me buy a beautiful Mazda 6 Touring. He worked with me on the price and I got a great deal that was beneficial for both of us. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He didn't pressure me at all and made the whole process smooth for me. Vernon helped me out in the financing department and explained every thing to me. He was great and very easy to work with. Very friendly dealership that makes the car buying process easy.

Amazing experience purchasing my first Mazda. My sales consultant, Shawn Rivera, was great. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and answered all questions I threw at him. Shawn went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations by reaching out with additional information, including emailing me live video, of the CX-5 Carbon Edition I was looking to purchase. The experience made me feel appreciated and valued as a customer. I’m highly satisfied with my vehicle and satisfied with the price I paid. My vehicle has all the amenities and extras as a high end luxury vehicle for a fraction of the price. I saw a small cosmetic issue with my vehicle I only noticed after I drove off the lot. I called Shawn to see if he could help me out and he took care of my issue quickly and at no cost to me. I highly recommend this Hennessy location and suggest you work with Shawn Rivera.

Long wait.....but well worth it! My brakes were grinding. I was originally scheduled for an oil change and routine maintenance. Oil change and maintenance was completed within an hour. After brake inspection, it was determined that the noise was coming from my rear rotors. I was also finally able to purchase the cover to my passenger mirror for far less than what the service repair center was attempting to charge me. My rep was very welcoming and professional!nnUpdate: On 4/2/2021 Arlyn took great care on once again! I really love the effort and care she puts into ensuring satisfaction and addressing your concerns. She is one in a million!

Quick service. One on one staff experience is positive. Awkward layout and finding assistance. Fantastic salesman experience(!) Less enthused about the financing crew and managers. Wonderful buying experience! Great customer service and I couldn't ask for a better warranty offer. I was assisted by Mark Cooper & Shaun Robinson in sales onto Gerren Terrell in finance. They all treated me like family the entire time. Even my follow-up experience/check-in with Chris to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase was superb. Definitely recommend you shop here. I selected the 2020 Mazda CX-5 GT and I'm so impressed. Thanks guys!
