Service was quick, clean and easy. Staff was courteous and helped me to save money on what I needed done, well worth the money. While other dealers where less than willing to assist me in trading in my previous Silverado for a newer model to accommodate my growing family needs. Mr. Greg and the Terry Cullen family worked quickly and courteously to ensure me and my wife left with a great deal and happy to be returning customers. My husband and I was very pleased with the service provided, Kam went above and beyond to offer the best service possible. He was truly awesome! The only thing I wasn't pleased with is that I wasn't told the car was branded until after I had already signed the papers, after trying to switch insurance companies and they wouldn't insure the car. Terry Cullen should have given me the option whether or not if I wanted to purchase a branded car.

My service advisor Shauna Holmes is the absolute BEST!. My husband and I had many issues with our equinox and on both occasions Shauna had been so sweet, kind, uplifting , encouraging, and generous. She definitely knows her job and goes above and beyond her powers to get things done. Unfortunately our truck was broken down beyond manageable financial repair, she still made her way to get us ready for a trade in. If anyone wants a good service advisor at Chevy, it is definitely Shauna Holmes!
