Ok so my experience was good the day of rental. The car was clean decent and had no issues. The customer service was great. Now where it south for me was, I had put a $150 deposit minus the $15.00 dollar additional driver charge I was due back $135 dollars. Here it is a month later and I have still not seen my money back. He won't return my calls. When I do get him on the phone he says that it will be there in the morning. ... which never come.
I rented a van for a few days and brought it back, they inspected it, I asked the representative at the window when would I get my deposit back, he said by the end of the night. It’s been 4 days and I haven’t got my money and the business doesn’t even answer the phone. I do NOT recommend this business.
Don’t rent from these scammers!!!!!!!! They overcharge you for a vehicle & will take advantage of your situation and your hard earned money!!! Trust me!!!! DO NOT DO IT!!!! The Indian lady upfront was rude from the beginning (Khan even had to step in..the manager he also wrote the review that’s below lol change your screen name next time) They will keep your card information months AFTER you’ve rented from them and try to charge your card without any explanation until YOU call THEM! The rude lady mentioned my girlfriend had a ticket but she can’t even provide a copy of the ticket but tried to charge her card TWICE for not even the amount she said the ticket was for. How does that work??? She won’t let us speak to the manager. It’s not worth the headache. We are currently seeking litigation.
The car's really not up to part the cleanliness is not. The seat was dirty damage on the car who wants to rent a car that really doesn't really feels like a renter. Charge me an never drove the car going on three months an just getting the deposit back bad customer service.
Horizon has pretty good deals and helped me when I really needed a car. They have basic requirements like a utility bill and check stubs, even a small deposit that you get back when you return the car. The cars are decent and clean.
