I was able to set up an appointment with Nina and she was there on there and professional for her appointments, walk ins there is a longer wait due to processing virtual clients. So I was able to refer a few of my close friends to OKP TPA. Great folks and definitely get the job done. However, never on-time after confirmation, Late, Late, and more Late. Lack of communication. I have referred many of my friends here and will continue to. However, time is money. Ladies please get it together....
