This place is completely rude! Dont go here!! I did my taxes here once.They would never answer and when i finally got in contact with somebody they said they would call back but never did. When i finally showed up for answers they were completely disrespectful to me and my husband (not to mention i was pregnant). We are nice people the only mistake we made was giving this place a chance. The woman Letty put her hand up to shushhh my husband when he spoke!!! Unprofessional and just rude rude rude!!!!!

Terrible service, this is the typical business that by offering help in Spanish abuse and give bad customer service. ALWAYS, even if you schedule an appointment, they make you wait, at least 40 minutes, the waiting room can be with one or two clients and they will ALWAYS make you wait, it has happened to me 6 times already. Apparently it is a 'family' business, in which they put their children to work without knowing anything so you will always hear the employees calling the mother to ask how to do your paperwork and still they do it wrong and you must go back to deal with they. If you want to avoid another visit and phone calls are NEVER available, the secretary will ask for your phone so that they can contact you and it will be days or even a week and you will never know of them until YOU call again looking for them. I suggest that you look for another place to do your taxation or migration procedures. I went to consult a migration case and the lawyer said he did not know how to do the procedure ud83dude44 - OJO, he did not say he could not, he said he DID NOT KNOW how it was done - and he started to search Google how to do it!
