Tracy was absolutely amazing. She took care of everything I needed with the utmost expertise and professionalism. She explained everything to me as a new small business owner and made sure that I had all the tools I needed to be a successful and compliant business owner. No shade, but my experience with Tracy was much better than my experience with H&R Block. Jackson Hewitt took care of me for a third of the price that H&R Block wanted to charge.

Tracy was very professional and offered great service while visiting this location. I brought my son who was filing for the first time and she was very thorough and patient. I’ve been using Jackson Hewitt since 2007 and will be bringing my son with me from now on.
