Called prior to going to see if they had a certain item and was told no, they didn't have it. I knew the sales associate didn't go look, so I made a trip into the store personally to see. They didn't have One but TWO of the items I had called about that were on Display, top shelf on the display table.nThen the Sales Associate tried to play it off as a misunderstanding of the item!!nThe store itself is Great! The sales associate not so much. Needs to be retrained in Customer Service!!
I just left the store and I want to say Shannon has got to be one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She helped me find what I was looking for. I definitely recommend shopping at this location and the West Cobb.
