I HIGHLY recommend this Pep Boys! I came in with what I thought was an emergency flat tire, but it was actually my entire wheel bearing! The gentleman working (Austin I think) was so helpful and informative when he explained what was wrong, and I appreciated his genuine concern about letting me drive it home. I didn’t feel pressured at all. I wound up replacing 2 tires for only $90, and it includes an entire year of FREE roadside assistance, so I’m extremely happy with my purchase! Great deal and great service!

I was very wary of ever going into Pep Boys after a disastrous experience at a different location years ago. That said, I read the reviews for this location and decided to chance it. SO glad I did! Great customer service, super friendly and knowledgeable staff, and they went out of their way to pick up the correct tires after the ones I'd ordered were the wrong size (my fault!). No extra charge and they didn't try to upsell me on anything. I walked out of there after spending the amount I expected to spend, haha. Complete opposite experience from last time and I will definitely be coming back for any services I need in the future. Thank you!
