When I got a text from another dealership to purchase my car, I automatically reached out to David at Sutherland Nissan. When we first met him last summer he was very personable and professional. I’m a straight shooter who likes to be honest. David is the same. He was very attententive. He knew about his cars. I would buy another car from him.nC. Mark Miller on the other hand. I was going into finance happy with the number I was given to purchase the car. As always when I got to finance there was an exchange to purchase all the extended warranties. I told him where I would only be willing to go with my price point. He made the comment that he would have to give it to me for cost. I asked him what that meant for him and he completely ignored my question. He got me within $6.24 over what my price point was. What really hit a nerve was when he said I could drive to the dealership every month to get the .24 from him. Was that really necessary? I was about to get up and cancel the whole sale, but I thought of David and what the sale would mean to him. What is Mark going to do if I show up every month with my penny expecting the .24? Completely left a bad taste in my mouth. He ruined the whole experience. I left the dealership completely unhappy. I would really like to speak to someone further about this. Thank you!!!

The service department at Sutherlin Nissan is second to none!! They take pride in their service and it shores. I have had Mr Boone as my service advisor since I bought my Pathfinder at Sutherlin. Mr Boone always takes great care of me and my vehicle during my service visits. I would recommend their service department to anyone that wants expert service and very professional treatment!!

I enjoy having my car serviced at Sutherlin Nissan Cherokee County because the team is professional, friendly, and courteous and the facility is so nice and clean with comfortable waiting areas. You are able to view the technicians as they are working on your car. I also like that I don't have to wait a long time for my car to be serviced. I feel that their pricing is reasonable.nnThank You Sutherlin Nissan for your great service!

Bobby the Service Representative was courteous, informative, and took care servicing my car in a timely and professional manner. I am very pleased with the way I was treated and the work that was done to my vehicle. The Service Center facility was very clean and a pleasant area to sit in as I waited for my vehicle to be serviced.
