They were busy, so I think my food was made fresh, so the quarter pounder was hot and good. The spicy nuggets weren't spicy. They were blah. Get the spicy sauce if you want nuggets with flavor

They actually got my order for a double fish fillet with extra Pickles, Slivered White Onions and extra Tarter Sauce correct thanks to employee Brian. He asked why I did not get fries. Answer, Steak N Shake has much better burgers and since COVID-19 hit they have offered free fries if financially challenged.

I got in the drive they line at 1056 and waited as there were 3 cars ahead of me. At 1100 they turned everything off and left us all hanging. Wonder if the owners know?

Caught up to the window that says pay here waited 10 minutes nobody came to get my money so I went up to the next window. The night manager said that I was supposed to wait until she got back there that she is the only one and the cook there working. She fussed at me and said that she is not going to take my payment and that she was not going to serve me because I am white. She shut the window and she laughed and called the cops on me. When I was trying to pay for my food and she refused to talk to me. Will not go to this McDonald’s ever again if you do you might get arrested because she did call the cops. I would love for the owner to get in touch with me because I think that the owner and the night manager owes me an apology in front of the whole entire staff that worked there.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but I have had enough of this McDonald’s. I had a few decent experiences when I first moved to Woodstock, but after that, every experience has been terrible. They can be rude with their tone and gestures and they mess up orders often.nnMost recently, they rushed me at the speaker when placing my order and was a little rude with their tone. They were a little rude with their tone at the pick-up window also, and then they messed up the order AND forgot something.nnIf I wasn’t worried about the possibility of them spitting in my food or something, I would go back to complain and get it remade (trust me, I have worked in fast food and I have witnessed someone doing something like that, so I just avoid getting close to any chance of that happening).nnI already rarely go to this McDonald’s anymore, but based on all of these negative experiences I have had, I have decided to never come back. I try to be very polite and courteous and they are just too frustrating to deal with when you consider all that continues to happen.nnSo sorry for the negative review! I just wanted to be honest. Thank you!
