They called me first. Due to the static on the phone line and the accent of the woman calling me I could make out it was this branch calling about a recent visit I made but that was about all. I tried returning the call, not sure who I was needing to talk to or why. I got hung up on once by their automated system. I called back three more times trying to find out why they called me and each time I was transferred to the main 800 number for Wells Fargo. They never even answered the phone. If you won't answer the phone how can you help your customers?
LaSonya went over and above to take care of my needs. She is a wonderful soul and so kind. Will definitely keep her and this branch in mind for my future banking needs!
Nice, friendly staff. They helped me and my wife set up our checking and savings accounts. Always willing to help anytime we stop in. Easy to access drive up ATM. Safe deposit boxes available to rent.
Went in to withdraw a few thousand dollars. The clerk says that they don't have large Bill's and proceeds to give me a pile of 20s and 50s! Not so surprising that they don't have an envelope large enough. So, she asked if I would like a bag. I accept and she pulls out a brown paper bag! lol Like it's a liquor store or maybe she's packed me a lunch for my first day of school! What kind of Mickey Mouse, unprofessional conduct is this? What a joke!
This was the most pleasant experience ive ever had at any wells Fargo. I was helped to the fullest extent. Sonya helped me with everything I needed!
