It's good to find a bank were you feel welcome and everyone knows yore name.
Used to be a great bank when it was Cherokee Bank, now they only care about charging fees and providing insufficient customer service. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
UPDATE: CLOSED Fee schedule is higher than other local banks, employees could use training in customer service, did not open an account or investigate other financial products as was the purpose of my visit.
