I turned in my paperwork for my taxes to get done and first they made me come back to give a copy of my i.d. Then I went back 2 days later to sign my taxes and they didnt file them until I called to inquire what the status was 3 days later. They didnt offer anything other than a verbal apology. This was extremely unprofessional.
