POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE. An easy solution would have been to ship me a replacement chair, charge me for it and I could have used the box to send them the return. They insisted I return the chair I was sitting on (that could not stay up after less than 2 months) leaving me chairless. Fedex would not take it without abox. After weeks of wasted time I threw it in the garbage. Anything is better than having to deal with this company.
Go read the BBB reviews. This will go down as one of the worst purchasing decisions of my life.
