The atmosphere was fun and the staff was polite. We arrived for an early dinner and there was a small wait. The menu has a huge selection, so everyone was able to find something they wanted. The appetizer and meal arrived quickly. And the food portions are large so we had plenty leftover. I've lived all over the south and while this wasn't the worst BBQ, it also wasn't the best. Could be worth a visit if you're really craving BBQ though...

We found this restaurant by chance as our other option was closed. The brisket, ribs, and pulled pork was tasty and tender. The brisket chili- Delicious. The rolls were a nice cross between a cheddar corn muffin. Very nice. We hadn't realized that this was a chain however it didnt minimize the service nor the food. The portions were large and the price more than fair. Definitely look forward to next time

Have been several times. The food is great. The brisket is spot on. The sides are very good. The servers are hard workers. No wait last time we went less than 20min wait this time. Highly recommend.

Well I give them a 1 star for service because we never got to try the food! We were a party of six that arrived early for dinner, we were seated right away by the hostess. The first thing I noticed was the floor was dirty with chicken bones,Mac and Cheese and what appeared to bread pieces. We sat there looking at the menu with no acknowledgment from anyone. I was looking around to see if anyone was going to help us or at the least greet us. There was a man and woman behind the bar just chatting away, there was a young guy and girl back by the computers also chatting. There was a young girl walking in the back on her phone. At this point we were a Lil annoyed, waited several more minutes with no one coming around!! We got up and walked out! Another restaurant was happy to take our money on this evening.

We decided to eat here on family vacation because they were able to accommodate our large family. It was definitely a wise choice. The food was excellent and the service was even better. Our waitress Cheyenne was very attentive, accommodating and proactive, bringing us additional condiments, refills and such like without us even asking. We received excellent service and delicious food. Our evening was complete. We will definitely return on our next trip to Pooler.
