So I stopped by today on my way home from work to get me and my wife a sub,first off they was out of steak,No biggie, so I ordered our food,got my wife the turkey club with just meat and cheese and they put everything on it,No biggie,then I also ordered her some potato soup,I watched the girl stair at the soup bowl for five minutes wondering if she wanted to serve it,the manager walks in and she shows him what was inside the bowl and he says serve it I suppose,I’ve never had a bad experience with them so I didn’t check until I got home,the soup was a solid consistency that was at least a few days old!nNo of the food was eaten!nAnd no I’m not just bashing them for the fun of it,I usually don’t do this,but the soup wasn’t edible or was her sub considering they just put what they wanted on it
This was my first time in this store. I will not return. While the workers were pleasant both sandwich preparers wore their masks on their chins. The cashier wore her mask correctly.
The food seemed okay, but the outside of the boxes were filthy. I had different sauces all over my hands. That alone was almost enough for me to ask for a refund. I figure they either never change their gloves or don't clean their work stations, probably both. No matter the reason it's gross. You can do better.
The sandwiches are awesome!! I had the steak and cheese hot sandwich and it was so juicy and flavorful!!!
This establishment has friendly employees and good food.
