Great Blizzards every time!!
Employees are always nice and enjoyable. Love encounters with those who enjoy their workspace! My order is always right and food always fresh. We love this location, it reminds us of home! Thank you wonderful people at this location, you all have been a pleasure!
Foods not worth the prices
Very poor experience. Family wanted ice cream, I wanted a burger, so we figured this was the perfect place. Wrong. I Ordered the A1 steakhouse burger. The cheese was not melted, which should have been the first clue, or maybe the second after noticing the young man in the kitchen putting things in the microwave while he openly scrolled his social feed on his phone. When I bit into it the burger, both patties were not cooked, completely raw! Couldn't eat it! So I figured I would just eat the 2 chicken tenders we ordered to sample, having not ever had chicken from DQ. Same thing, cold. Tasted like it was cooked hours beforehand, but at least it was cooked at some point I guess. And to top it off, the buffalo sauce container had a broken seal and had leaked into the bag leaving a mess as well. So I had no dinner. Upon trying to call repeatedly to speak to a manager, all I received was an answering machine. Too many other great options in Pooler to put up with this level of customer service. Enjoy stealing my money, I won't be back.
