Worst customer service!! Very rude not happy talks over you while your ordering . Every customer that came in , in the 20 minutes I was there she was very unprofessional! Another one on the do not go list I guess
SOME THINGS ARE OK BUT THE STEAK MEAT IS TOTALLY GROSS. SIMPLE THINGS LIKE THE APPETIZERS AND BASIC CHINESE IS DECENT. ONE BIG THING THAT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE FAMILY THAT RUNS/OWNS IT, IS NOT VERY NICE. WOULD THINK THEY WOULD BE GRATEFUL FOR THE BUSINESS....
Love this place. Since having to change things because of Corona virus, everything is call in or take out. But there should at least be a chair to sit in while you wait. And have disinfecting wipes to wipe it down. The customer can do that. Other than having to stand while I waited on my order, everything is great.
Wish they had garlic wings but the szechuan shrimp was wonderful
If you wish to have a positive customer service experience, this is NOT the place for you. The girl who took the order was very obviously uninterested in working. She acted as if we were bothering her. Additionally, she was picking at her nails while waiting for us to make a decision. When the food was ready, we had to ask for utensils and napkins. They pointed to the napkins on a table. There were 3 tiny napkins available on 1 table. The other tables had none. Thankfully the food was fairly good, but nothing special. I won't ever visit this establishment again.
