Giving one star because I have to so I can leave a review. I would like to give zero stars.nnI bought a 2011 Jeep Liberty about a year ago. My daughters first car. Within a couple of weeks there was an issue with the transmission. Called them and they did service it. At that point we were told the car looked good and would be fine. Within a couple of months we had to replace the engine. When we called to ask if they would help repair it they only offered to help us find a replacement engine. After questioning the problems we were having their response was that we did buy a used car. Touché.nnThis car has been a nightmare. Anything and everything you can imagine has gone wrong. A/C, engine, transmission, power window, oil leaks, steering problems, etc. We have put as much money into the car as we paid for the car. This car has left my daughter stranded several times, and at this point we are ready to cut our losses.nnWe have bought many used cars and this has been the absolute worst experience. They do not stand behind their product once you drive it off the lot. I would not recommend purchasing any type of vehicle from them.nnI have learned always buy a certified used car. Happy Holidays
