We should have known from the fact that no one was in line...however we placed an order for 4 chicken sandwich meals and 1 spicy meal. The cashier was not pleasant in tone or at all for that matter. We pull up to the window pay and mind you NO ONE AT ALL is in line, and she asked us to pull up. No problem right? WRONG!!! 25 MINS LATER STILL NO ORDER!! So we back up to the window and ask for a refund. She is immediately offended saying what is the issue, I told you it would be 3 or 4 min! Again ma'am we would like a refund okay well thats gone take a min too because I have to call my manager!ud83eudd28ud83eudd28ud83eudd28 NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I VISIT HERE! WE JUST MOVED HERE FROM LOUISIANA AND NEVER HAVE WE EVER HAD SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AS THIS! I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!! ud83dude21

Not the first bad experience but one with posting about. Placed an online order 5-8 minutes before arrival, was instructed to park. About 5 minutes after parking was told the order has not come through and asked what was ordered. Told the employee what was on the order. Waited another 5 minutes and went inside to check in the status. Gave the cashier my phone with a screenshot of the order, they again said it had not come in yet, but were working on it. Waited 15 more minutes then pulled into the drive through. Confirmed it was the online order again and was told they were bringing it out. Food was brought out missing drinks and sauce, had to ask for those. Those items were given, but on arriving home one entree was wrong and still missing items. 0/10 would not recommend.

Bad service, bad management and bad owners (I guess). This place has been open over a year now and still horrible experience every time going there. Last time for me, chicken sandwich is good but not worth the hassle to get it.

Service was quick. That was the only good thing. 5:10pm order. Should have been fresh. Chicken pieces were large, 50% breading. Dry. Minimal meat. Biscuit was old. Sweet tea was at least 50% watered down. Mashed potatoes were fine.

Worse popeyes. They are always out of everything. I MEAN EVERYTHING. You always have to pull up and wait for food. One of the newest restaurants in breman and management is not up to par
