I did not plan to buy a new truck until I had a loaner during the time was car was being serviced. Needless to say, I ended up buying the loaner truck at a steal of a price. Heather was a wonderful sales lady and did not give up on us and held the truck for us until we got into town. She answered all of our questions and went out of her way to accommodate us during our purchase. Norman, in finance, was due diligent and had our paperwork ready so we did not have wasted time sitting at dealership waiting. Everyone was great. Heather even gave us a couple of shirts, couple of hats and some jelly. Thank you to everyone who help us during out purchase process. Will be returning to Pioneer Ford!!!
Super solid service department. I blew a turbo on my F550 and they were able to get it in and fixed on super short notice. Ed and Austin did a top notch job. Overall professional and killer dealership. Many thanks Pioneer
The service department was super fast fixing my work truck. It couldn't have been more than 4 hrs. Oh and they left me some Miss Daisy raspberry jam that was delicious!! Thanks for that by the way!
Its a Ford dealership. Went to have my vehicle worked on, but saved a lot of money doing the work myself. Was a little taken back when i was charged a little more than i thought it should have costed for a diagnostic, however i was given a complimentary jar of blackberry jam and i do love blackberry jam. They are in the business to make money at the end of the day so i do understand.
Excellent Service ! Everyone most polite. Service was very quick. The shop forgot to place the paper foot paper to keep from staining carpet. I took some carpet cleaner and got the grease stain out fine. Bill Eidson
