They have raised their rates three times in the last two years. The rates were not great when the new management took over, and they are getting higher and higher as time goes by. It is clean, safe, better looking than the other options in Jackson. It is gated, and you will have your own personal code to allow you to get in. Great for a short term need.

New to the area and came here just because of the amazing reviews! What can I say except everyone is right Ashley is absolutely wonderful! She was so welcoming when my brother and I came in for his unit she spoke to us like we were old friends, and not strangers. We cut up, cracked a few jokes, seen some units, got info on renting a truck, bought some moving supplies. We had a very pleasant experience and I can honestly say I will be dropping by every now and then just to see Ashley. She really and truly is a gem. The store was clean, and cool and smelled great. The unit was a little pricey but having such exceptional service made the price worth it. I'd rather pay more and get good service than pay less and get treated like just a number.

Just went to this location and was welcomed with a wonderful smile and great customer service! Very impressed with Ashley just in the first 5 min. of meeting her. We were shown the units and told about the facility. She helped us with info for the area since we just moved here from California. Its refreshing to meet people that know how to treat others like were family. Definitely recommending this place.

Manager is sweet as can be, units are reasonably priced,send you email or text prior to your building being due. No mistake that you forgot your bill is due,less chance your property will be forfeited.nGreat all around experience,grounds are clean.
