I'm fortunate to have used Caliber Collision when I've unfortunately found myself in need of body work multiple times in the past few years. I've visited this location when they were Abra, and now again as Caliber. The staff are excellent at communication, professional, and explain everything. I never felt out of the loop. The quality of the work is great. My first visit here was multiple years ago, and the repair and paint work are indistinguishable from the rest of the vehicle. On this latest visit, I was especially pleased to have gotten my vehicle back a few days earlier than expected! Keep up the good work!

A deer decided to end it's life against my truck on my way to work late one night. My insurance company recommended Caliber and it was a breeze to get set up with them. Laurie and Julie on the customer service side gave me daily updates on the progress of my vehicle. The timeliness and quality of workmanship is bar none with Caliber. I'm so appreciative of their excellency to customer care.

Car needed to be repaired stemming from it being hit in a parking lot. Everyone I talked to at caliber was great. I received updates daily and it was repaired faster than expected. Caliber assisted in making the rental car process seamless and the repairs look great, you cannot tell any damage was ever done to the vehicle. The whole process was painless and I would recommend Caliber to anyone needing repairs or other auto work.

Great service! Heidi was amazing and everyone communicates daily for updates. Despite setbacks with the insurance company caliber was still able to get my car fixed when insurance was approved in a very short time span. They made my car absolutely shiny to a T and cleaned it up great. You would never know there was damage. My car had to stay there longer due to insurance issues and caliber didn't charge anything extra and worked with me the whole way. Recommend them if you need a patient, loyal and honest representative who openly communicates daily.

My 2015 Impala had some raccoon damage to the front. I received the car back TWO days before the estimated time of completion and when I saw it, I was totally wowed. The car looked just like it rolled off the showroom floor. They did a fantastic job, kept me informed the entire time of the project and worked seamlessly with my insurance. They even cleaned the interior. My hat is tipped to them. Thanks for the great job !
