Took 2006 Jeep there due to check engine light on, and Jeep stuttering. Upon checking, they found no repairs needed and cleared check engine light. Just charged small fee for checking vehicle. Currently having no issues with Jeep. Great service.

Misleading, unprofessional, unethical.nnHad my son “a college student” take his car to one stop car care in Jackson, GA. Friday the 9th of October 2020 for service, Car running hot. The Owner Robert Perry immediately told my son that the car needed a new radiator due to build up and restriction. Without being there, my son FaceTime called me to show exactly what Robert explain to him. Honestly, from the video call it only appeared that the only thing compromised at the time was the small hose connected to the reservoir tank. (a $5 replacement part). However, without being there I did agree to go forward with the radiator replacement. ($300)The lady at the counter said they would be able to start on it Tuesday. About 2hrs later i received a phone call from the lady at the counter telling me your car is leaking water in the parking lot and your going to need a water pump for another $500. This was a RED FLAG!! (Because my water pump was recently replaced) “which I mentioned to her over the phone. Now I’m thinking, so without a diagnostic your telling me I need to spend another $500 dollars for a water pump? Just from a visual look across the parking lot???? Due to the shop closing on Saturday, I arrived to the shop on Monday morning to pick up the vehicle and take it for a second opinion on the water pump. When I arrived the radiator was already replaced and tech said another 30mins or so and we can verify if it’s actually the water pump or the belts that’s making noise. I said ok call me with an update or I’ll be back in 45min. I returned 1hr later to get an update. The girl at the counter told me now it’s going to be $600 and Robert walked inside of the build with the water pump in his hand demanding I pay now $900 for them removing the water pump without my consent or permission to move forward with the repairs. This place is misleading, unethical and will certainly take advantage of you.

I went in specifically for them to check my ball joints. I also needed 2 tires and a front end alignment. I was told on Wednesday that they would be ordered and to be there Saturday at 830 am.nWhen I showed up, not only were the tires not there, I was told that I would be 1030 before they got there but couldn't take my car until then.nI was then told that the ball joints were fine.nI specifically told them that I was going to PCB Florida next week and didn't want any issues.nThe tires did finally arrive at 1030 and we're put on. I was told that the front end alignment was completed as well.nWe broke down in Cottonwood, Also because of the starter. When I told the mechanic about the ball joints and front end alignment. He showed me the cars tire just flopping around. And said that there was no way a front end alignment was done and the ball joints not fixed was a very serious issue.nI am so disappointed with this garage. We could have wreaked and died!!!!nPlus charging for something we never got!!!!!
