I highly recommend recommend countryside the go to, to get your vehicle. I never thought in a million years I would get my amazing 2020 dodge challenger. Doc worked with what I thought was the impossible. He is the absolute best. I'm telling you if you go there and ask for him. He will do his best to get you what you need. Great experience, my first time financing a car and they made my experience great easy and quick. Prices are reasonable most part fair. I will definitely repeat business here. Felt like I was buying a car from a friend/family not just some shady dealer willing to sell me any thing.
Daniel and Tyler were great. These 2 salesman made this the easiest truck buying experience I've ever been involved in. Countryside and these salesman are my families dealership of choice. Tyler has sold my family a multitude of vehicles in the past few years and his and Daniel's friendly personality and professionalism is why my family keeps coming back. This company operates with no customer integrity. They are concerned with the sale as oppose to customer service. They don’t back up what salesman has said. If salesman is off, they will sell the vehicle that he promised to let the customer examine, and will sell it right from under that salesman. Back up your salesman’s promise. The operation on the first come, first serve process that they have is just words. The told my daughter to come back on Saturday because they needed to check the vehicle out, but they sold the vehicle to another customer 2 days before my daughter was to come and look at the vehicle, without even a phone call to see if she was still interested in the vehicle. Where is the sales integrity to stand by what the salesman advise the customer to do. I will never set foot in this dealership again, and will let anyone I know to never trust their word. It doesn’t mean anything.
One of my proximity keys recently went bad and stopped working all together on my vehicle. I had purchased the car from Countryside and have loved the team here. Chasity and Tori were and always are great every time I bring my vehicle to be serviced whether it's for routine or something major. Thanks Chasity for all that you do. The atmosphere, smiles, and friendly faces are what keeps me coming back. You guys rock!! I am a customer for life now. I know that no matter what I am going to leave a smiling and happy customer.
