It’s bad !

My daughter has been going here 3 years almost, and it has been nothing but a pleasant and enriching experience for us. The women in the nursery loved and cared for my daughter just as I would, while at the same time providing a safe environment to play and more importantly LEARN in. They always gave me feedback at the end of the day as to what she was learning, what she enjoyed or didn't, etc. When she moved up to the toddler class, it was even better. They have a developed curriculum and my daughter LOVES going there and learning, in fact she is so excited to go to school every single day. I wouldn't consider enrolling her anywhere else :)

PARENT ALERT! Cori has been going to Warner since she was 5 months old! She’s never had an issue transitioning into a new class. This week marked 3 weeks in her new class. Every single morning I have dropped her off this past few weeks, she would cling on to me and cry so hard then look at me with the saddest eyes and yell, “mommy” over and over. I just thought this was normal two year old cling stage. She came home with a few finger print bruises, but never questioned it. Well then, my father goes early to pick her up yesterday and experienced the saddest, most upsetting thing a parent/grandparent could see! The assistant teacher that we have reported to DCF in the past and demanded she not be around Cori, was abusing my baby girl! My father always plays peekaboo in the window with her, but boy did he get a surprise this time. He saw that evil broad yelling at a child and he couldn’t distinguish what was going on, so he waited a minute to see what she was going to do due to her track record. She then took the child and shook them by the shoulders 4-5 times as if they were a rag doll. After that, she picked them up by the shoulders and slammed the child onto the 4 foot book case and grabbed them by the face in an aggressive manner. As she was yelling eye to eye, my father then could tell that the innocent child was no other than my sweet Cori!!! He kicked open that door so quickly, the woman’s jaw dropped! He immediately went up to the office and spoke with Linda Hampton (top dog) and she didn’t have much of a reaction. When he left he called me immediately. I was in shock! I didn’t know whether to cry or go up to that school and raise hell! I called Miss Linda and as soon as she picked up this was her response, “I know why you’re calling mom and she’ll be gone in 5 minutes.” I was so speechless at the time, I hung up and called back minutes later and she was “in a meeting.” I am so disgusted and upset! My poor peanut was telling me all that time that she didn’t want to be there, and I couldn't understand her. This saddens me to know that this is so common in the child care industry. These people are underpaid and most of them don’t care for children, they’re just lucky they got a job. There’s been many things in between that has happened there, but we stayed bc Cori seemed comfortable. I have slept on it and decided she will not be returning to that terrible preschool again! Their “professionalism” and attitudes over this past year and a half has been a disappointment. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE!

Warner Christian Academy is the worse school to bring your children. The except your child to be robots and not to have their own unique style/or personality. My child has been targeted from day one. Had parents steal her jackets, and her teacher always giving her frowning faces and everyone else happy faces. I am very upset because my daughter is being bullied and she provoked. I always thought that we paid teachers to come up with ways to soothe our kids when they are sad or crying instead they call me 24/7 to pick up my child because she is crying. They do not have patience nor do they have our kids in their best interests. Instead of coming up with a solution to the problem they put blame on your parenting abilities, and kids and never take fault of their own actions. You would think that they would put cameras in each classroom so parents can see what is really going on. I am very upset because my child has not learn anything since she has been there. She is a very advanced individual to be 3 years old in a classroom full 4 year olds.

My child got kicked out of this school for pretty much being a typical toddler. We were told he had to hold hands to walk, couldn’t walk in a straight line, had too much energy, he is 2 and it was his first time in school. He was there for 2 months and the schools expectation was that he should have learned by now. Also with little words they pretty much called my child autistic and he was “too” difficult for them. So I would like to say would they not accept my son if he was autistic?! If so shame on them and their Christian ways! We were told that the classroom size might be too large for him and also that his speach and communication was making it difficult. (Which by the way we were in the process of getting speach therapy and were 2 weeks out from our 1st appt. They were aware of this development for a month by the way) Also we never got any complaints that my child was not adapting at a good pace, we talked to his teacher every day and never once did we have a concern that he wasn’t doing well in the classroom, just a typical he didn’t nap well today, or once he threw sand at the playground. We then got a note attached to his bag saying we had 2 weeks to find a new school because he was getting kicked out. No personal notice or call, a note. Very rude, very unprofessional, very unchristian, and I will never recommend them to anyone!! Horrible preschool, especially for the money they want to charge people. He is now at a loving Christian preschool, where the classroom sizes are the same, and he is doing beautiful and is loved! Oh and by the way Mrs. Hamilton my son is not Autistic, he has a speach delay and if he was autistic I would expect you to show him the same kindness and respect you would for any other child.
