This used to be a good place to eat, until about 2 months ago. Lunch time service is filled with kids that would rather giggle with each other, and play on their phones instead of taking a customers order. Meanwhile, whoever the daytime manager is, (didn't catch her name) trying to do the work of 5 people because her crew is, in my opinion, totally incompetent. To the GM of this Hardee's; you need to screen your daytime employees better... And give that daytime manager a raise because she deserves it.

The girl in the drive thru got our order wrong.. And had no customer service!!

Out of bacon and tomatoes...... Definitely couldn't order the only thing I ever get from Hardee's, a Frisco burger combo. I asked if there was a discount since that's 2 pretty darn important ingredients in that sandwich, but was denied, so I ordered something else that wasn't bad...... but it wasn't a Frisco, by far. The decency of the items I ended up ordering, is the only thing that made this 2 ⭐s instead of 1.

All fast food restaurants the quality of your food depends on who prepared it most of the employees is young and they don't care as much

Need more staff and use their customer service voice and not talk like they talking to a friend. Professionalism could go along way!
