Once again I was highly impressed with the quality of the food and service. My wife and I have never been disappointed with anything that we have ordered. Highly recommend

2 days in a row with hair in my food- the first time, I just picked it out. But today it was a few pieces and was a tad grossed out.nThe food I had yesterday was good- just hair in it.nAnd today I ate half due to the hair in it.nI’m new to the area and and thought I found a good Mexican spot but I’m unsure about eating here again.

First time trying here after a long day of travel. My wife's food arrived with a hair in it and was remade. Rice came out cold after that. In the mean time my daughter's food came out with a piece of plastic on top of her burrito larger than the size of a quarter. The staff took the piece of plastic but did not remake. We kind of all looked at each other in disbelief. The staff acted very nonchalantly as if this was a norm. My toddler fell asleep after ordering so we packed his food up to go. We got home and a little later he started eating his quesadilla. This had a dime size chunk of something in it. Immediately threw it away as well as all of the other left overs just in case there were other contaminants. Very disappointed. Hoping this is an isolated incident that won't happen to others, but my family unfortunately will not be back.

A little upset. This is the first time I've eaten here in a while. I've been craving tamales. The other mexican restaurant was out of tamales and I love their tamales. I had no idea you could mess up making tamales because I make them myself at home. The tamales at Rancho Alegre were dry and really hard to eat. I felt like I was choking on the food. Next time I will either make them myself or take my business to Puerto Del sol.
