My wife and I have had steaks at restaurants all over Wisconsin. Butler Inn's Louie 5 star steak is the Best, it's the steak we compare all others to. We've been going here over 10 years now, you won't be disappointed
Awesome dinner, had a surf and turf with a good friend very last minute after a long day.nEverything about dinner was excellent, the bread as a starter, French onion soup and steak and lobster dinner.nI will be back.
ordered some to-go food tonight. 2 meals total. order was given and repeated back correctly - but once we got home we had a missing soup and replacing it was broccoli - and we were charged for extra broccoli. soup was overwhelmingly salty and oily. prices are at least a few dollars more than their virtual menu states (already pretty high). grilled chicken was great but small portion - steak was slightly above average but cooked properly. Bummed as our last experience in-house was much better a few years back.

We had the surf and turf Monday night special. My daughter likes her steak rare, and I eat mine medium rare. Everything was prepared perfectly. Our server was attentive without hovering. All in all it was a perfect evening.
