Locked myself out of my car at 3 am, this was the only company able and willing to have someone come out before 8 am. Which was awesome! It was a 45 minute commute for the gentleman, he was nice when arrived. But when it came time to pay he told me it would $260 which is outrageous, for a 30 second job. I can understand a minor up-charge for the hour and travels. But it would’ve just been cheaper to break a window, buy a new one and replace it myself.
This guy Kevin black was amazing. He came on time and communicated with him the whole time. He even offered me a discount, so I gave him an excellent tip and want to give him a great review. He was so nice and quick and efficient! Props to you Kevin
