My family and I love in Florida. We were visiting relatives in Nashville. On the drive up there, we experienced an issue with the Traction Control System in our 2007 Jeep Liberty. we arrived with a wheel speed sensor issue. Buck's seemed to be a popular mechanic as the place was busy.nnThe mechanic let us know that they were busy, but she'd call me if anything opened up and she'd really try to fit us in.nnWithin a few hours she called me back. The diagnostic didn't find the issue, so there was no charge for the diagnostic.nnThey were very professional, even though I was looking like I was totally from out of state, a little bit frustrated and short on patience.nnThankfully, she let us know that we could turn off the traction control system and it would run just fine until we got home. In case it started to do the things again.nnFriendly staff and great service.

Best mechanic in Nashville. Was told they wouldn't get to look at my truck until Wednesday and they had it FIXED on Monday...2 days early!

Nobody broke in to the car and stole anything. Brenda is very helpful and nice and Buck answered any questions or concerns that I had.
