I cant tell you how amazing my experience was here. I had a check engine light come on. And I took it up to Brent and he had it me in and out and back on the road in no time. He was very professional and great to work with. Thank you for having a great team.
This is the worst dealership I have ever been in my entire life. All their staff (Yes, all of them) are involved and in agreement in this shady activity where they keep lying to you regarding prizes they send out to people's homes (Flyers are a complete SCAM / 100% Fraud / My lawyer is working on it). These guys are unstoppable in trying to get as much money as they can out of our pockets. Additionally, they were extremely xenophobic to my family when I went there. I would never recommend anyone to go there, that is a bad experience. Money takers, to say the least!

I would have originally given them 4-5 stars they were great to work with and I drove a 6 hour round trip to go purchase my truck from them. However, in the last 2 weeks I have been getting calls and emails non stop and today I was finally able to answer the call. I was asked if I was still looking for a vehicle and when I replied “No” before I could say anything about my wife wanting to look they hung up on me... that is the reason for 1 star. Terrible customer service for that one instance. I have already driven that distance once to buy a vehicle and I probably would have again. But when you hang up on me before I even get to say something about my wife is looking you just lost my business. I hope management will see this post and educate the sales team on how to have returning customers. One bad sales rep can ruin it for everyone else. Also, I tried to call back and make sure it wasn’t an accidental hang up and everything I tried went to a full voicemail box and they haven’t tried calling me back yet so I am positive they hung up on purpose. A simple thank you sir have a nice day would have kept that relationship between business and customer.
My fiance and I inquired about a car this morning. Unfortunately it was out of our price range. Definitely didn't get the sense that our business was wanted. We weren't even told of other options. I thanked the lady and told her we were not interested. It's a shame because I've heard good things about this dealership but what I've heard is not true.
