Attorney Dan Fay is a tremendous defense lawyer and I would recommend him to my friends and family.nnI was facing multiple citations from the Village of Pewaukee each with significant fines and demerit points. I left multiple voicemails with various lawyers on a Thursday night after receiving the citations, Dan was the first one to call me back the next morning. We ended up meeting in person 2 hrs. later and he immediately made me feel at ease.nnIf you are like me you want these issues resolved ASAP, however the Wisconsin legal system does not move quickly.nnThe communication and response time you expect from ANY lawyer will be slower than you are used to. Dan would always respond to my questions within 24 hrs., which was fine by me. The team at Oakton Law kept me updated on the my trial status and what to expect at all times.
