Domino's Pizza

This had to be the worst sandwich and pan pizza I ever had from Domino's. The bread on the sandwich was so hard making it uneatable. Domino's barely had any meat and fixings on the sandwich. You can get a better sandwich at Subway for the same money. The pan pizza has so little sauce on it you could barely see and taste it. I've had it with the poor and inconstant quality of Domino's pizzas and sandwiches. Every time I ordered a pizza form Domino's, the quality would very anywhere from good to bad. This time the quality was extremely bad. No more Domino's pizza in my future.

On 6/12/20 approximately 7:00pm I ordered 2 medium pizza and a Philly cheesesteak. Not only did they take out for delivery charge I also tipped 20%. I waited and waited.....nothing. I call Dacula Domino’s and no answer. By now it was around 8:15pm. I called Domino’s waited and waited forever finally a girl picks up. I asked where my pizzas and Philly sandwich was and she said she showed it had already been delivered. By now it was 9:00pm! I told her no it had not been delivered and I opened the front door and there sat my order. It had been sitting on my doorstep for over an hour 1/2! The driver did not ring my doorbell or knock on my door. We have wild cats roaming the neighborhood so to say the least all of the food was thrown away. The girl on the phone was apologetic and said she could give me a credit or she could reorder but it would be around 10:30 or 11 pm before it was delivered. I told her absolutely not! I called back 2 weeks later to get my food and Shawn (manager on duty) answered the phone. I told him the situation and all he said the whole time we were on the phone was “It is company policy that credits have to be picked up! I said WHAT??? I paid double to that driver and your telling me I have to come and pick it up? He said again it’s company policy. I have yet to get what I paid for and I am extremely upset. I can not locate the owners name, Shawn would not give me his ID # or his last name or the owners name. He was absolutely worthless and the worst manager I have ever ran into to. I will definitely spread the word of how customer service was handled. The customer is always right period!!!

I ordered online and the instructions clearly stated to go to curbside and someone would bring the food to the car. I arrived there and begun to wait outside as instructed. I waited, waited, and waited some more. I called the place and asked were someone going to bring my order out. I was told that by an employee Ethan, that I have to come inside instead. Despite all of this, the food was actually good.

We ordered pizzas with extra sauce - neither of the pizzas had any sauce! Also, we also ask that the pizzas be cut all the way through; they never do this - it's a mess to try to cut them at home!

Today was my first time ordering from here. I spoke with a nice young lady named Jessica. Jessica was friendly, and professional. We received our order fast and fresh. Will definitely order again!nnThanks Jessica!!!
