My wife came home on Friday 4/2 and her hair looked great! She had it done by another student other than who she was used to, but she loved her! She raved about her sweet smile and her great attitude..and of course, about how attention to detail she was! Also my wife met an instructor that she had seen before but had never met, MS Pauletta. She loved her demeanor as well. She was extremely helpful and kind, which goes a long way with my wife.ud83dude00ud83dude00nLast, but not least, my wife spoke very highly of the young lady at the reception desk, Mary. Says she is extremely helpful and the friendliest receptionist you have ever had there. My wife would have written all of this herself, but she wrote a review lately and her phone would not let her do it again. We both thought that these young ladies should be recognized for their friendly demeanor and helpful customer service!! Thank you!!!
I got a full body massage from Eva Perkins She was so professional and did a great job! She made it hurt but in a good way. She massaged every inch from my head to my toes. I was very comfortable and very relaxed. She talked but not so much to make it for a bad experience. I've had massages before where the people talk to you through the entire process. I felt so good afterwards. She is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions prior to and after the massage. I would absolutely recommend her and will continue to use her for future massages.
I have been to have massages about 4 times and I had Ms. Eva P. She was very professional and honestly the best massages I've ever had. She knows all the pressure points to hit and works out all of your kinks! Just amazing and would definitely recommend her every time! This place was an awesome experience. For someone with extremely long hair!!! I was amazed at the details they payed to.nIn the look I was in search of. They knocked it out of the ball park. Thank you Miss Lisa and Williana for an outstanding hair cut. You guys rock!!
Contacted admissions to schedule an appointment to tour the facility as I was extremely interested in attending this school. I scheduled the tour about a week out so I could schedule off of work. The next week, the day of the appointment/ tour, I called the school because I had yet to receive a confirmation text that they stated would be sent the day of or the day before the tour. I contacted the administration office and was informed that the lady who i previously scheduled my tour with was working remotely that day. The women in the administration office took my information and told me she would pass it on to the admission advisor so she could reach out to me. I quickly received a text message asking to reschedule my appointment to later in the week, to which I responded I was unable to as I specifically scheduled off of work for this tour since I never heard anything about a rescheduling or cancellation. I never received as much as a response to my message and never received even an apology for the inconvenience, or unprofessionalism. It makes me wonder if I had not reached out to confirm if they would of even notified me. Extremely disappointed, will not be rescheduling my tour as I don’t want to attend an institute that seems unorganized, and is unprofessional.
