Great place if you are looking for basic yoga technique. The classes are quality and the teachers actually care about the students.nnKarrie is a great yoga teacher, yet poor communicator. Genuine yoga can face the hard things in life, and rather than abandoning people, will support them. You can be better.

This is truly the first yoga studio that I have actually ever enjoyed. I feel that its a safe space for learning and practicing yoga. I have never felt uncomfortable or judged there and I look forward to returning often.
Beautiful studio, Karrie is an amazing teacher, and you'll get a great workout while not feeling like you're dying! Even the more advanced classes can be modified and made friendly for all.
This is the absolute best studio in Volusia County and we've visited ALOT. We got tired of the inconsistency found at other studios, and kept coming back to take Karrie's classes and haven't regretted it once! She also offers Zoom classes for those who prefer to practice at home! Highly recommended!!
