If you want to waste money and time just go there and buy parts , they are rude with no business ethics, only if you have no other option and nobody has your part then visit this place otherwise save your precious time and hard-working dollars this people they don’t know how to make business they think they are the “ only ones “nIn this industry this is how they treat you.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS PLACE!! They have me the WRONG PART for my car and would not give me a refund! I bought the right part brand new at Advanced Auto Parts for the SAME PRICE THAT I GOT THE WRONG PART AT THIS STORE THAT WAS USED! The staff is also EXTREMELY RUDE! Whoever they have answering the phone on September 28, 2020 at 4:15pm needs to be fired for the way she speaks to her customers.

Even tho wrong part they referred me another Auto Parts Junkyard. Williams very helpful

They have very bad parts and are not nice with the customers. Not recommend and even expensive. BELOW ZERO!!

After contacting the store over the phone, my boyfriend and I were told we would be able to pick up a radiator for a specific car.. we drove an hour + to get to Dacula GA to find out that there is no part. After one of their customer service reps pleaded they would not pull the part until we got there (after offering to pay over the phone). When we got there, there was no part & no one provided any help or appropriate customer service. I wish I could put no stars. Such a waste of time.
