Absolute nightmare. I tried with Andrew but he is dishonest and extremely shady. He messed over my 525i several times. Did an AC repair and didn't give me refrigerant. His shop removed my navigation cd. He did water pump repair for my brother kept the car 2 extra days without letting us know, and he will sabotage your vehicles so you have to return. You want your balance see me in court with my navigation disk and reason why you give a customer a quote of 1400.00 and then go up 800.00 more without notice on the week of your sons wedding. I go to get my car it didn't start and I had to get a ride back home. Two days later I get a call my car is still substandard and I don't even feel anything was done. Let every customer READ this and realize I have paid 4000.00 to you since January and will be sending my vehicle to a reputable shop when I can because you are a con man and a cheat! FOH..

Advertised car as 2007 bmw, after bank transfer I find out the car is a 2006, then I asked if it had a clear , clean title , they said yes, after the sale , I find out it’s a rebuilt title, beware of these people they are crooks, their solution was for me to pay them an additional $2000 as a restocking fee and give them the car back, and they will also keep the original $4000 I paid for the car. Good deal ? HUH, BEWARE

Left phone number multiple times over the course of 9 months requesting multiple parts.nnNever received a call back. A courtesy call update would have been nice.nnHowever, in person, service is great. Find parts quickly or tell you quickly that they don't have it.nnThey do have a large inventory. Although they tend to throw away interiors so no luck in that department.nnThe discrepancy in customer service over the phone and in person is significant.nnPotential local alternative:nnBimmer Motor Worldnn1. Cheaper pricesnn2. No discrepancy in customer service on the phone vs in personnn3. Always updated on situation asap on whether part is in stock, will be in stock, or can be in stock.nnAsk for Terry. He's been a huge help.

Andrew, the owner was extremely knowledgeable about my BMW 545i; I'd definitely recommend BMW owners to consider visiting his facility. Very courteous and fair, price wise! I think I just found my new mechanic at Bimmer of Atlanta! FGD!ud83dudc4d
