NO THEY CLOSE AT 2PM WHENEVER THEY DECIDE TO. How about posting the sign before people enter the drive through line and waste 10 minutes of their lives waiting only to be told NO WE ARE CLOSED. Courtesy is not hard. Oh and just pass by again and there are some new people on there that we’re not behind me. Never coming here again. If I could give them NO stars I would.
been to this location plenty of times and while the baristas are always nice, my drink is made right about 30% of the time. and it’s just a simple soy latte! they ALWAYS end up using dairy milk and the line is always wrapped around the building so waiting to get it remade is 10+ minutes. just super disappointing and i think i need to just stop bothering with this location at this point.
This location needs customer service training!! While you all are picking and choosing when you want to be open, use that time that you all are closed to work on your friendliness. On more than 3 occasions the staff has been rude and I will no longer support this location. Whoever is on duty for mobile orders this morning needs to go home for the day and reconsider if she needs to be working in a customer facing business.
Michelle provided me with great service on a large order after I had an app issue. Consistently excellent service anytime I visit from the whole staff.
