I believe the young lady who helped me was Monica, and she was so kind and helpful! I asked if they had anything off menu or something they liked to make, and she did not dissapoint! I can say with certainty I love matcha now!

Manager, said her name was Jodi but I didnt see any name tag, was ranting about some very political viewpoints to a customer when I walked in. Ended up throwing the customers drink across the room and telling them to leave. It was scary.

Very unprofessional and rude customer service.... I even asked to get a new one but she only changed the cover ... Get it together!!!

Too slow dang it come on

Just ordered a caffe latte and noticed after I left my heavy cream was not steamed. Literally the whole point. I could have made what I received at home.
