Very highly recommend Poe's for a ton of your financial needs, the ladies have the professionalism and knowledge to take on the biggest of clients to the down home little fish in a big pond like my self, and that type of service and family mentality I enjoy in today's day and age!

I've been very disappointed with the service from Poe. Two years ago after filing with them, I waited and eventually the IRS said Poe didn't include the W-2 forms. Then they wanted to reduce my refund because Poe put my IRA contributions on the wrong line. This year I went in on January 30th to get my taxes done early to get my refund as quickly as possible, On February 18th, the IRS had no record of it being sent in. After calling and complaining to the receptionist at Poe, she stated that Sarah would call me back but she never did. Later the next day the IRS sent me a notification that they just received the paperwork. There's still, at the time of this writing, no indication from state that they have received the paperwork. Unfortunately, I'll be doing taxes myself or using someone else.
