Craig was great as always. He put my gold Chevrolet emblem on my Traverse in just a few minutes and unfortunately cut his finger doing the job. He always helps me with any question or problem I have. He is an outstanding service advisor and I give him an A+. He should get a raise. Jason is also a valuable employee as your courtesy driver. I have used the service several times and he is great. Had a rough few days stuck because of a fuel pump, which turned out to be because of a brake modulator. We gave them a call and they had our Suburban in within half an hour and then back on the road in about an hour and a half. They also made us aware of an airbag recall and ordered new parts for the free replacement. We still have to get that done, but as for the modulator replacement, it was quick and easy, the employees were kind and knowledgeable. My fuel pressure runs oddly low now, so we'll see what happens there.
