This would be a 5 star review if it wasn’t for Lisa. The GM has my wire (CONFIMRED with their accounting department the next day) the day I wanted to ship my car. They told me I can have it picked up, had a carrier arranged and payed for enclosed and she made me cancel it.nI lost a $1k discount as enclosed trailers cost 1800 minimum and I had a driver lined up at 1100. Not sure why Lisa lied to me, not sure why she wanted to hold my car there when she had my money in the account. Very disappointed in upper management, sales man and finance manager were great (John and Allen are amazing thank you guys)
