Made a 2 o’clock appointment today. Car was sold and check in hand QUICKLY. Jeff A. made it such an easy process. It was a bittersweet sale as this was my moms car who passed away a few months ago. Jeff shared his own personal experience that made this transition much easier for me. I would not hesitate to sell another vehicle here again. Very professional and it was a simple and easy process.

We had a wonderful experience selling our 2004 BMW 530i that we purchased in Germany 17 years ago. The car was in excellent condition, but it also had a minor mechanical issue with engine oil pressure. We certainly had an emotional attachment to our car, but it simply got too expensive to maintain due to its old age.nnThe branch manager Gerry is a man of outstanding character who is very good at his profession! He called us the day prior to make sure that we understood what we needed to bring to the appointment, and he also ensured that we had great directions. Upon arrival, he made us feel welcomed, and offered us water while he completed a VIN number search on our car and analyzed the vehicle inside and out with a fine tooth comb! He provided us with a fair offer that was negotiable.nnWe would absolutely recommend Gerry to our family and friends. For us, this was probably the easiest, fastest, and most convenient way that we’ve ever sold a car. In the end, we felt good about the offer and the entire process took just under one hour. Gerry was amazing! He confirmed our appointment in advance and took time to explain everything needed for us to bring to the appointment in order to complete the sale. At the appointment, he was patient with the process as we were selling our parents vehicle and I was power of attorney from out of state. Gerry was very thorough, personable, professional and engaged. He was the type of guy you would like to be friends with.
