Definitely won't be a repeat. Spaces were a great size. Not attractive and several of those that appear to he permanent residents look as those they have a on going yard sale. Speed limit is however fast you want to drive. One lady in the office, always on phone with guest so going on the office to speak with her is a non starter. For an Encore Resort it is disappointing. If you stay here ask about the laundry. Oh yes there is a loud train that comes by often. Not good if you are a light sleeper. NOT pet friendly at all.

Older RV resort with alot of permeant residents who are not very friendly and will not help you. In our visit for 7 nights seen no staff or anyone in the office. Also the TRAIN comes by at night every hour or so blowing the horn due to road crossing in front of campground. The roads around campground are tight with very little turning radius. Happy camping.

This is an awesome RV Park. Jenny in the office was so helpful and pleasant. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. We will be back! Thank you.

Basically a nice rv park. Probably 80 percent permanent residents. Probably 10 percent dumpy trailers. Don't look for 50 amp service if coming in short term. Electric post need upgraded.

I've seen trailer parks in better shape. Lots of run-down long-term trailers, poor customer service. Maintenance shop looks like a junk yard. Does not meet the quality standards of Thousand Trails, and certainly not of an Encore property.
